Butter Stream Design is all about creating beautiful and engaging content on the web and in print. We're committed to big ideas and strong execution.

Butter Stream is the creation of director Steve Menasse. Steve is a graphic designer at heart. After more than twelve years experience in the creative industry, he decided it was time to lease an office, buy a nice chair and start working for all of you. Butter Stream is all about throwing ideas around, letting some bounce and making the right ones stick.

We can take part in as little or as much of your project as you need. We can see it through from concept to print or we can slot in at any stage along the way.

What's with the name?

You can thank a four year old girl named Maddie for the name Butter Stream. It's all about the song Row, Row, Row Your Boat. Instead of ‘Life is but a dream’, she likes to sing ‘Life’s a butter stream’. We thought it was cute. We suspect you do too.

Steve Menasse

Steve started his design career in pre-press at a small printing company in Sydney. In amongst 12 years of print, digital, marketing & advertising experience, he's had the great pleasure of working with brands such as American Express, BlackBerry, New Holland, ASUS & Thrifty as well as many others. Steve's great loves include technology, any kind of winter sport and his family.

Nicola Moriarty

Nicola is our resident copywriter, she has a diploma in Marketing and is in her final year of a Writing Major at Macquarie University. In between working, studying and becoming a mum, she began to write. Now, she can't seem to stop. Nicola has had 2 novels and a novella published with Random House Australia.
